The fact that it's almost been a week since our last blog post scares us for a number of reasons.  Firstly, we aimed to do at LEAST one post a day, hence the blog's title, and we don't know where the days have gone, but more importantly, the fact that another week has gone by means we're another 7 days closer to Christmas!
