Before contacting us, we ask that you read the following information which may answer your query:

Club Opening Times and Entry Fees

Wednesday      10pm - 4am   £2 (Free entry when you buy four drinks at The Kings)
Friday              10pm - 5am   £4
Saturday          10pm - 5am   £5  

Cafe Bar Opening Times (Free entry at all times)
Monday            11am - 6pm
Tuesday           11am - 6pm
Wednesday      11am - 4am
Thursday          11am - 7pm
Friday              11am - 5am
Saturday          11am - 5am
 

Lost Property
We ask that you do not leave any personal items unattended at any time, and can't guarantee their safety, but any items found at the end of the night will be kept as lost property.  If you have lost an item, or forgotten to collect something from the cloakroom, the best action is to go to the venue and ask a member of staff to check our lost property.  Alternatively you can email office@pulsecardiff.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we've checked.

Dress Code
There is no set dress code and trainers may be warn.  Fancy dress is encouraged, especially on themed nights.

Drugs Policy
Pulse operates a zero tolerance drugs policy.  Anyone found attempting to enter the club in possession of drugs will be refused entry, have their drugs confiscated, banned for life and the police notified. 

Wheelchair Access
Our street level bar has full wheelchair access and facilities, but unfortunately there is no access to the basement club.
